116.) When you didn’t find love, you put up a wall of hurt which prevents you from going forward. If you sit in mindfulness of the original longing, you can recapture the feeling of moving forward toward that which you long for. You may need to examine what the original longing was and if your longing is the same or has it changed? That original longing has been frozen in time which prevents you from having adult feelings or longing as an adult in an adult relationship.
