My mother, Guinevere Hodgkin, gave birth to me at the Tucson Medical Center in Pima County, Arizona at 10:21 p.m. Unfortunately my head was and is rather large and she had to have a cesarean delivery.
God had been talking to my mother in a warm, friendly baritone for several years; when I was born God stopped talking to her and never said another word to her again.
