10 March 2005 (yesterday) (tomorrow)

Met with accountant Barry Wiesner.  The entire meeting was punctuated by workmen climbing in and out of Barry's office window.  One of the workers spoke Polish and had tiny, deformed hand that he balanced himself on as he slid in through the window.  He kept his thalidomide hand tucked into his jacket pocket as he walked back and forth through the room.  I paid more attention to the men in the window than I did to Barry, although he got me a refund and reassured me that physical injury settlements are tax-free.
