4 July 2005 (yesterday) (tomorrow)

Got up really early, walked over to the Manhattan 3 Decker where I started really digging into Time Regained.  I came home from the park nearby after getting within 100 pages' shooting distance.  I went to the Polish butcher and the woman behind the glass was mean to me.  I hopped into bed, finished the book, and took a nap, exhausted. 

I was able to rouse myself around 4 p.m.  Mister White said his stomach was upset and he made himself some tea.  I went to the barbecue after calling William and Dave back.  My mom & dad also left messages.

Dave's backyard was nice and I talked with Todd for a while.  Then, I rotated around and joined in conversations with Olga and Sean, and Sarah and Sally, respectively.

Daniel and Sally and I walked back to the Classon stop together as kids threw fireworks against the walls of the public racquetball courts.
