Saw Carolina 2 and Andrea walking past the huge window of a corner cafe.

I ended up walking around the same part of the center that I had wandered around a few days before, so I felt confident letting myself get lost without a map.  It was all gridlike, so I just had to force myself to remember which direction the Subte stop was.  I kept glancing back to look for the trees. 

I went into an internet place to check my e-mail (I had to go up a rickety spiral ladder to get to my computer).  I got an e-mail from Curt Ellis saying he was going to pay for me to come out to Iowa and co-edit the corn documentary and give me a small stipend and pay my rent for August.  So I'm not really making any money, but at least I'm not hemorraging money like I have been for the last few weeks.
