5 August 2005 (yesterday) (tomorrow)

Today, fantastic ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch.  I was given a really frustrating scene with unuseable footage of 2004's Iowa caucuses (ironically, the last time I was in Iowa was for Dean's caucus in Cedar Rapids).  I logged and captured all morning, and my computer crashed during lunch because the drives were scorching hot.  Fortunately, I got the air conditioning going.

By the afternoon everyone disappeared and I was left to edit alone, which meant I was actually able to finish an impossible scene with the help of some red wine.
