Lisa,

My friend Rich is coming over to use my computer this
weekend. This'll stop me from sitting in front of a
flat screen the whole time, so that's a good thing.

I went to the Mood Disorders Support Group the second
time yesterday; it wasn't as fun as last time. It was
interesting as always though. There was a married
couple there named Tom and Vanessa; Tom had an extreme
disassociation probU., he talked about how his life
is hell because he can't connect with anything, not
even his own body. Vanessa lives a permanent
delusional complex, which I'm gathering means she
connects with everything far too vividly. So I guess
they're meeting each other halfway there.

One guy came into the group and left abruptly after
telling us about his plans to go into early
retirement by selling off all his assets and then go
on vacation with his 8-year-old daughter. Well, good
luck to him. Another guy was happy that he no longer
had disassociation, he shyly attributed part of his
success to his belief in a higher power, The girl
across from me had just had her first manic break in
February, she's just now coming out of a
near-catatonic depression.

Maybe I'll do the same soon!

U.
